Return and Refund Policy

At Scrubber Duckys, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products include reusable cleaning tools and cleaning solutions, some return conditions depend on whether the product has been opened or used.
 

Returns

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• Returned with all original components, accessories, and packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase or the original order number

To begin a return, please email scrubberduckysinfo@yahoo.com with your name, order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

Please do not send a product back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
 

Products That Cannot Be Returned

For safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Used or washed scrubbers, brushes, or cleaning tools

• Opened or partially used cleaning concentrates or liquid products

• Products that have been cut, altered, modified, or damaged after delivery

• Gift cards

• Giveaway, promotional, or complimentary items

• Items clearly marked as “Final Sale”

These restrictions do not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of:

• The product

• The packaging

• Any visible damage or defect

• The shipping label, when applicable

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. When the error is ours or the product arrived damaged, Scrubber Duckys will cover any approved return-shipping costs.
 

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return-shipping costs.
 

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Scrubber Duckys is not responsible for returns lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.
 

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request is approved.
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to reduce or decline a refund when:

• The product shows signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage

• Parts, accessories, or original packaging are missing

• The return was requested outside the return period

• The item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy
   

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be replaced without requiring a new purchase.
 

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will make every effort to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Once shipped, the order will be subject to the standard return conditions outlined above.
 

Packages Returned to Sender

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed package, or a delivery refusal may be refunded after the package is received and inspected.

Original shipping costs and any additional carrier fees may be deducted from the refund. Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be resent.
 

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, duties, or carrier fees associated with international orders.

International shipping charges, customs fees, duties, and taxes are nonrefundable. Customers are also responsible for approved international return-shipping costs unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
